The Book

The book currently is avaliable in .pdf format on this website for your use. Since we are currently developing/testing the chapters ourselves, we do not have a print version yet. Please work though these online chapters, and provide us with your feedback. Any feedback you provide will help us to fix problems in the chapters, and eventually lead to a final print version of the book!
